Terms

Foreplay+ is run by Foreplay Game BV, Zeilstraat 30, 2060 Antwerpen, Belgium (BE0790242271). You can reach us at info@foreplaygame.com.

You must be 18 or older, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Foreplay+ is for consenting adults: play only with people who want to play with you. We may close an account we believe belongs to someone underage.

• You sign in with a link we email you, so keep your email account secure.
• Your account holds your players, their preferences and your custom tasks, and it follows you to every device you sign in on. You're responsible for what happens in it.
• You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. Deleting it doesn't cancel a plan you're paying for: cancel that first under Manage plan.

Anyone signed in can play the free levels of every game. A plan unlocks the rest: the higher levels, the positions and your own custom tasks, as described before you buy. We may change what's free and what a plan includes, but not for a period you've already paid for.

• Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: it sells you the plan on our behalf, charges you, takes care of VAT and sales tax, sends your receipts and handles refunds and payment disputes. Stripe's terms for buyers also apply to your purchase.
• Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT where it applies.

• They renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and you pay the price in effect at that time.
• You can cancel at any time under Manage plan on the Account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Unless the law says otherwise, we don't refund the rest of a period.
• If a price changes, we tell you before it applies. It takes effect from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before then.

One payment unlocks the paid features for as long as we offer Foreplay+. Lifetime means the lifetime of the product, not of the person. If we ever stop offering Foreplay+, we will tell you well in advance.

If you live in the EU or the UK, the law usually gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. Foreplay+ starts as soon as you buy: by buying, you ask for access straight away.

• For a weekly or monthly plan, you can still withdraw within those 14 days. You may be asked to pay for the part of the period you already used.
• A lifetime plan is digital content you get immediately. Where the law allows, the right to withdraw ends once you have access.

To withdraw or to ask about a refund, email info@foreplaygame.com. We'll sort it out with Stripe.

• Prompts are suggestions for consenting adults. Only do what everyone involved freely agrees to, and stop whenever anyone wants to stop.
• Use your judgement. Skip anything that isn't safe for you, take care with restraints, toys and massagers, and don't play when drunk or otherwise impaired.
• Foreplay+ isn't medical, sexual-health or relationship advice.
• As far as the law allows, you take part at your own risk.

The players, preferences, custom tasks and anything else you add stay yours. You let us store and sync them to run Foreplay+ for you. Don't add anything illegal, anything involving minors, or anything about a real person without their consent. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

The games, prompts, illustrations, and the Foreplay+ name and design belong to us or the people we license them from. You may use Foreplay+ for your own, non-commercial play. Please don't copy, scrape, resell or share our content.

Don't:

• use Foreplay+ to break the law;
• access it with bots or scripts, or scrape it;
• get around the paywall, the limits or our security;
• use the sign-in form to send emails to people who didn't ask for them;
• disrupt Foreplay+ for anyone else.

We may suspend or close an account that does. We'll tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety stops us.

We keep improving Foreplay+ and may add, change or remove games and content. We try to keep it running all the time, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you before it applies; if you don't agree, you can cancel your plan and delete your account. The date at the top of this page shows which version is in effect.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Foreplay+ and delete your account whenever you like. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. Whatever should outlast them, such as the parts on content, liability and the law, does.

Belgian law applies to these terms. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can go to the courts there. Otherwise, the courts of Antwerp decide. If something goes wrong, email us first: most things are sorted out quickly.
